Foul the Third, also known as the Linguist, was a former Dread Emperor of Praes, the last of his name. He reigned before 490 AD. He was a loathsome figure and an accomplished killer. During his rule he invaded the Kingdom of Daoine which crushed his host, and killed him along with every highborn noble that was part of the expedition. He personally duelled the Commander of the Watch.
His successor was Dread Emperor Vile I.[2]
