Maledicta the First was a former Dread Empress of Praes. Little is known about her apart from the fact that she was one of the more successful Tyrants, mentioned at the same time as Maleficent the First and the Second, Terribilis and Sorcerous. She reigned sometime between 120 and 300 AD, possibly succeeding Sinistra the First based on being on the same scroll of secret histories.[2]
