"Quite literally not what I was aiming for, but I can work with this."
―Dread Empress Regalia II, as her flying fortress began falling on Laure[1]

Regalia the Second was a former Dread Empress ruling at around 650 AD. She initiated the Sixty Years War which had ruinous consequences for both Praes and Callow.[2]

Reign[]

Ruling from before 650 AD, she died before the Sixty Years War was concluded, probably quite early on since a “parade of Emperors and Empresses” followed her.[3]

Like Regalia the First, she also used a flying fortress with the same result - it crashed into Laure. The remnants of it have potentially been used in Laure to build a Royal Palace, as well as a custom house near the docks known as the Regalian.[4][5][6]

The cause of her death is unknown though it’s likely to be at the hands of Heroes since she died during the war.
