The Pravus Bank is an organization created by Dread Empress Malicia for the purpose of continuing the Proceran Civil War. It did so by lending money to Princes who had been defeated so that they could continue to raise armies and forge new alliances. It was stopped by First Prince Cordelia Hasenbach who passed a law that forced all loans to a Prince above a certain amount to be disclosed to the First Prince.
